This policy explains when a booking is eligible for free cancellation and a full refund of the amount paid.
How do we determine the applicable policy?
The free-cancellation policy is determined when a booking is confirmed, based on the time remaining until check-in. If check-in is two months away or later, including exactly two months, the 15-day rule applies.
Check-in in less than two months
You may cancel within 24 hours of confirmation for a full refund of the amount paid.
After the 24-hour period, the booking is not eligible for free cancellation or a refund.
Check-in in two months or more
You may cancel free of charge at least 15 days before check-in and receive a full refund of the amount paid.
After this deadline, the booking is not eligible for free cancellation or a refund.
Prices and tax
Displayed stay prices include 15% VAT. When you continue booking, we show the pre-tax stay amount, tax amount and final total without changing the displayed price.
